T​​​​​​he benefits of meditation and Reiki seem to be growing every day.  We read about the success stories in schools, in business and personal success as these mindful practices are used.

What is the price tag on your peace of mind and health?  I would like to help you harness the discipline to make time for you.  By silencing the mind we can listen to our heart, for our soul has much to say.  We need to stop living from the outside in, and start living from the inside out.

Through the practice of meditation there are many benefits.  Those who suffer from  ADHD, anxiety, depression, difficulty focusing, eating disorders, fears/phobias, grief/loss, sleeping difficulties or trauma often find relief with meditation and or Reiki. 

Individuals who learn the art of meditation and practice it, have shown an increase in self awarness and self regulation.  Often times they have better performance in school and work, increased ability to focus, and low er behavioral instances. Students who suffer from ADHD also find meditation to be of great help.

Hypnotherapy is simply a guided meditation that is intensely focused to help achieve a heightened state of awareness.  It allows us to harness the power of the subconcious.  Through verbal repetition and guided mental imagery we are put into a trance-like state of being.  This then allows us to increase our focus and address the matter at hand, all while feeling calm and relaxed.

Reiki Healing is utilizing "universal energy" to encourage emotional and physical healing for the mind and body.  Reiki healing aids in relaxation, assists the body's natural healing processes and develops emotional, mental and spiritual well being. 

Feeling out of balance? Need a little healing energy to realign your mind, body or spirit? Maybe a Reiki session is just what you need.

Most people feel a sense of calm and peace while receiving Reiki. 
 
ABOUT ME
I am a certified Hypnotherapist, Usui Reiki Master with a BA in Developmental Psychology.  I am a former preschool teacher and have sucessfully taught meditation to children for over 7 years. Learning the art of meditation can be an important life lesson for all ages as it assits us in navigating our emotions.  

My objective is to help bring a sense of peace into peoples' lives.  By infusing hypnotherapy, mindful meditation sound healing and Reiki, clients are provided a safe space to relax as they are guided into mindfulness while recieving Reiki healing energy.

The purpose of this buisiness is to empower others to take control back from the external world and learn to focus within. To take time out for themselves, get off the hamster wheel of life and quiet the mind and body. 

Taking a more mindful approach to life helps us to improve our physical and mental wellbeing.

Group Workshops

Group Meditation/Reiki Sound Healing ​​

We offer different services to meet each individuals needs.​​

Private Reiki Healing Session     allows us to fine tune the session to meet your individual needs.                                     30 min. session $45                                60 min. session $85                                                

Group Workshops  Topics to be annouced.  This gives you a lower cost option and includes a small group of individuals who are seeking the same manifestations.  Prices will vary based on workshop, presenters and time offered.  ​Follow us on Facebook or Instagram for latest updates.

Group meditations are a wonderful way to sit, unplug with like minded indviduals and share in the positive energy. Relax in zero-gravity chairs while you bathe in the sounds of a 50 year old Tibetan Singing Bowl and soothing music.                                                  60 min. session $20
