About us

Hello, I’m Lisa the founder of Infinite Love and Serenity

I’m a spiritually attuned, trauma-informed holistic practitioner with a deep mystical approach that embodies a unique and comprehensive healing philosophy that integrates the mind, body, and spirit through Reiki, Sound Healing and Somatic Activated Healing (SAH) Method™ practices.

I hold a BA in Developmental Psychology; certified Somatic Activated Healing (SAH) Method™ Movement and Spiritual Dance Teacher/Coach; Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master Teacher, certified Reiki Crystal Healing and Sound Healing. In addition, I am a certified Sanctuary Trauma-Informed Trainer/Facilitator, a facilitator of Mindfulness Meditation for both children and adults, and co-author of How Much Do You Dare to Share – Get Ready to Go There.

Early on

As a highly sensitive child, I experienced intense emotions yet lacked the support to navigate them. I learned to isolate myself, suppress my feelings, shame my body, people-please, strive for perfection, put others’ needs before my own, and shrink myself to meet the expectations of those around me.

I have always felt drawn to wellness and early on developed a deep passion for trauma-informed care. As a compassionate preschool teacher, I taught 4-year-olds mindfulness and meditation, which led me to discover Reiki, Sound and crystal healing modalities for myself and all ages.

Current

In June 2024, I attended the 5-day retreat Dance Yourself Free, where I released old stories, let go of false narratives, and reconnected with my body, unlocking a sense of childlike freedom. This experience shattered my emotional walls, allowing me to embrace self-love and a new relationship with my body and self-perception.

The Somatic Activated Healing (SAH) Method™ helped me break free from deep emotional cages, revealing that the patterns keeping us locked in aren’t protective—they’re toxic.

“I dance in this body to show others they can transform, no matter their shape, size, or ability. Through this practice, I am finally able to love myself and be at home in my body.”

Let’s stop judging our emotions and instead, feel them fully. We no longer need to perform or put our needs last. The freedom to release emotional baggage and embrace ourselves with passion and joy is just a dance away!
