Somatic Activated Coaching (SAH) Method™

Somatic Activated Healing (SAH) Method™ is described as a holistic practice that combines movement, meditation, mantra, and ecstatic dance to facilitate deep connection with the body, allowing safe emotional release and expression of one’s authentic self. It essentially aims to “get out of the mind and into the body”. Through embodied movement we foster a sense of freedom and self-discovery while excavating those trapped emotions within the body.

Mindfulness Meditation Educational Workshops

Tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals or groups, our sessions include meditation, breathwork, Somatic Activated Dance (SAH) Method™, self-care techniques, and trauma-informed practices, all designed to support both educators and students in creating a mindful, positive learning space. Providing mindfulness tools to help students learn to self-regulate their emotions.

Focused on work-life balance, preventing burnout, and improving employee retention, our sessions provide practical strategies for fostering a healthier, more engaged workforce. Tailored to your organization’s needs, we incorporate mindfulness, self-care, meditation, Somatic Activated Coaching (SAH) Method™, breathwork, and trauma-informed practices to promote well-being and create a positive, supportive work environment.

Reiki Certification Classes

Explore our Reiki Certification Classes and learn the history of Usui Reiki while discovering how to incorporate it into your own life. Starting from Level I, where you’ll awaken your inner healer, to the Master Level, our interactive and supportive classes guide you every step of the way. Join us and experience the transformative power of Reiki through a hands-on, engaging learning process.

Classes can be in person or virtual.

1:1 Mentorship

Our 1:1 mentorship is available for Mindfulness, Meditation, Reiki practitioners or teachers, and Somatic Activated Healing (SAH) Method™. Together, we will create a personalized plan to support your unique needs and goals. Each mentorship is tailored to you, helping you build a practice that aligns with your healing journey. We are here to guide and empower you to “unleash the POWER within.” Ongoing support is also available through tailored mentorship packages, ensuring continuous growth and progress.
