What will this look like? We will start on Friday 1/25 and here are the details.
1. Grab yourself a journal, notebook, stack of paper. Personally, I love to get a beautiful journal that I look forward to writing or drawing in.
2. Have a pen that feels good in your hand and when you write.
3. Follow the writing prompts for that week. (emailed each Wednesday starting on 1/22)
4. Carve out as little or as much time (no pressure) as you can each day to journal with as much or as little as you’d like.
